Sunrise Foundry is a professional sand casting factory in China, with over 20 years sand casting production
experience, machining and exporting capability. Sunrise manufactures consistent high-quality sand castings for
OEMs throughout North America and Europe. Diversification is the key to flexibility, Green Sand Moulding, air-set
sand moulding processes are utilized to produce the highest quality castings.
Sand Casting Capabilities
We have lots of experience in creating high-end sand castings from high-grade materials and consisting of complex
geometries is beyond comparison. In our high-tech facilities, we offer both machine and manual molding operations
in our resin sand casting processes. We produce parts in low-to-high volumes and pour castings ranging from 0.5 kgs
to 20 tons. Our green sand castings range from 0.5 kgs to 150kgs.
Quality Control
Quality Control is one of the most important process in production. We insist that 100% inspection before
shipment and ensure parts without any flaws when sending out.
We have complete quality inspection facilities including mechanical testing, chemical analysis, tensile strength,
hardness, spectrometer, ultrasonic testing, etc.
